Buddug Green
I qualified as a Reflexologist in 2001, having trained and qualified in Oxford. I discovered the benefits (both physically and mentally) of Reflexology through my own illness in 1998 and when recovered, decided to train in this wonderful therapy. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and as a requirement of my membership I have to maintain a certain level of professional development on an annual basis. I do this by attending regular training to gain new techniques and knowledge.
Some of the seminars and courses attended are:
I can incorporate Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) into my treatments which can complement conventional Reflexology treatments. I am an authorised member of the Vertical Reflex Therapy (VRT) Network. I enjoy giving talks/presentations to groups in the community such as W.I. and Ladies Circles etc. I also present Hand Reflexology workshops for self-help purposes.
I also practice Indian Head Massage but without oils as I am not aromatherapy trained. Seeing so many people enjoy this therapy gives me great job satisfaction. I am very passionate about Reflexology and find my work very fulfilling and rewarding.

Sherry Lees
Sherry brings over 28 years of experience in the beauty and wellbeing industry, with an HND in Beauty Therapy and a specialist focus on hormone-aware massage, reflexology points, aromatherapy and skin rituals. After navigating her own menopause journey - including the anxiety and disruption that came with it - she became passionate about supporting women who feel overwhelmed, burnt out or disconnected from themselves. Her treatments are designed to calm the nervous system, ease hormonal tension and help clients feel more regulated, grounded and in control again.
Working holistically, Sherry blends intuitive, therapeutic touch with targeted reflex points, aromatherapy and restorative facial techniques to support women through perimenopause, menopause and high-stress phases of life. Her approach is reassuring, practical and intentionally slow - creating a space where clients can unwind, reset and feel supported.
